BLJ In-situ Solutions gathers information from users when the user completes and submits any of the Contact Us forms, or the Employment Expression of Inerest form. Additionally, information on you such as name and email address will be gathered if you area a client and register for access to our Document Management System. Like most websites, information on users is collected by search engines and certain website analytics programs for purposes of measuring site usage and performance. Additionally cookies may be used. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from the site you are visiting and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are very common and completely normal throughout the Internet. The primary purpose of cookies is to maintain your customized settings on a site. What we directly collect is as mentioned above.
What we do with the information we collect

Your specific details submitted to us through the Contact Us forms are used within the company to follow up on your specific enquiry. We may elect to refer your enquiry on to another party if it is not something that we undertake. In this event we will contact you to let you know of the referral. Your specific details submitted to us through the Expression of Interest form are treated confidentially and used to review your expression of interest. We will have someone from within the company contact you to discuss your submission. Your specific details submitted to us when registering as a client for access to our Document Management System are not shared with anyone outside of the company. We utilise this information only to provide access for you to company information that may assist in the process of servicing your enquiries.
Aggregated search engine and website analytics program information (information that does not personally identify you) may be used in many ways to evaluate the usage and performance of the website. Aggregated information may occassionally be shared with our business partners and service providers. This information does not include any personally identifiable information about you, or allow anyone to identify you individually. This information is used to assist us enhance our service to you.
In addition, from time to time as we develop our business, we may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
