Bolt Tensioners capable of 1500 bar operating pressures. Each tool comprises of a hydraulic cylinder, bridge, puller and socket. Interchangeable adaptor kits fit common hydraulic cylinders to enable the tightening of multiple bolt sizes. Used in conjunction with Bolt tensioning tools and equipment.

Also available are our TSR (Spring Return) tensioners, providing automatic piston retraction after depressurising the system at the end of the tensioning sequence, this ensures the tools are ready for the next operational sequence of tensioning.

All tensioner equipment comes fitted with CEJN Quick connect fittings.

We stock Bolt Tensioners to cover 1″ to 4” diameter bolts, available in Standard & various Oversized sizes.
