Specialist Shutdown Bundled Services
BLJ In-situ Solutions provides bundled services where requested by the client. Generally the bundled services form part of a Joint Integrity package where we manage the integrity of critical plant joints to ensure a leak free startup.
These bundled services may also include the provision of shutdown work package development support.
A typical joint integrity package will include:
- In-situ Machining
- Bolt Torquing
- Bolt Tensioning
- Flange Joint Management System
- QA & HSE coordinator
- Supervisor
- Technicians
- Shutdown work package development
All the equipment is packed into one or two self contained 20 ft site containers and mobilized to site. These containers are mobilized for shutdowns and larger work scopes. They are used to store equipment and carry out equipment repairs on site.
The Joint Integrity service allows our clients to better maintain and refurbish pressure vessels, bolted joints and valves. This will help in improving plant safety and the environmental performance of the plant.
