Our range of Onsite Machining services includes:  

• Flange Facing – Bore mounted machines Range up to 106” (2700mm) in diameter & outside mounted machines that range from 0” to 40” (1016mm).

•  XY Milling – Range from 2.4 m x 3 metres.
   
• Key Way Machining – Key way straight slide up to 8 foot long (2.4metres) & Keyway shaft slide up to 24” shaft OD.
   
• Line Boring – Range up to 6” bars (150mm), Electric / Hydraulic driven.
  
• Drilling and Tapping – Range up to 2” (50 mm) diameter.
  
• Clamshell Pipe Prep Machining – Range up to 60” (1524 mm) OD pipes can be cut & Prepped. Bore mounted weld prep capabilities up to 24” (610mm) pipe sizes.
  
• Nut Splitting – Sizes up to 3-1/2” (89mm) stud sizes.
