JOINT INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT

Joint Integrity Management is another service which we are able to provide through our relationship with Hydratight. BLJ In-situ Solutions offers this product to our clients because of the beneficial advantage our clients can gain by utilising this Management system.

This service allows our clients to better maintain and refurbish pressure vessels, bolted joints and valves. This will help in improving plant safety and the environmental performance of the plant.

Hydratight has a proven history of successfully implementing these technical solutions, allowing the operator or contractor to achieve leak-free start up and production. It is for these reasons that we believe Joint Integrity Management  will benefit our clients for Shut Downs and General Maintenance.

An additional service BLJ In-Situ Solutions are proud to offer is "UNDER PRESSURE LEAK SEALING".

Leak sealing provides our clients with a means of maintaning plant productivity when leaks occur on site. This cost effective solution will reduce the effects on the surrounding environment (product emissions, noise levels, plant hazards, pipe damage and erosion), while saving our clients time and money in the process.

Additionally, BLJ In-Situ Solutions personnel are able to provide Specialised Machine Build services. This service can be required when an unusual application requires machining or restrictions make it impossible to fit a standard machine in the space provided. This involves BLJ In-Situ Solutions personnel inspecting the item for machining, taking detailed measurements of the restrictions and scope and building a special machine to complete the job. Each machine would be quoted for either outright sale or for rental, subject to the needs of our clients.
