BLJ In-Situ Solutions (BLJISS) started in 2005 with a focus on providing specialist maintenance and shutdown services to Australian industry.
 
BLJISS is young in name but highly experienced, as all BLJISS personnel are chosen based on proven skills and extensive experience in specialized site services. Through its detailed recruitment process and management systems, BLJISS provides quality assured services and is focused on delivering strong customer relationships.
 
BLJISS currently employs 13 full time staff, and through a network built up over 25 years, has access to an additional 30 skilled and experienced Supervisors/Technicians. This network of highly skilled full time and contract staff has seen BLJISS successfully manage specialist shutdown packages requiring up to 20+ site personnel.
 
In a relatively short time BLJISS has built up an extensive range of specialist equipment that is required to manage bundled specialist service work-scopes on major shutdowns and outages. This extensive range of equipment is located in BLJISS’ workshops in Brisbane and Gladstone.
 
Through key supplier and service provider agreements BLJISS can easily access additional specialised equipment and services when peak workloads demand a large supply of equipment and highly skilled manpower in a compressed time frame.
 
BLJISS offers bundled and specialized on-line and off-line services that are key for the maximum operational efficiency of Australian industries including; Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Alumina, Power Generation, Water, Marine and Mining industries.
